What Does This Entail?
A $49 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining amount paid in person. This consultation explores concerns such as shadowing, tired appearance, and changes in the under-eye area. Your practitioner will assess the region, discuss factors that may contribute to your concerns, and provide personalised guidance on suitable aesthetic approaches.
Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy All payments, including deposits and prepaid bookings, are non-refundable. This applies to change of mind, preference changes, or missed appointments. 2. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, or non-attendance, will result in forfeiture of the deposit or booked session. 4. Service Suitability A consultation and assessment are required before any service. If our practitioner determines that a service is not appropriate, not suitable, or not safe on the day, we may decline, modify, or postpone the service. This does not qualify for a refund. 5. Photography Consent We may request consent to take photographs for documentation or educational purposes. Images will only be used externally with your explicit written permission. Declining photo consent will never affect your ability to receive a consultation or service. 6.
